- [2] 60-75 min sessions focusing on tight areas
- [3] 20 minute mindset breakthrough sessions (to help with strengthing the body and mind awareness to help with “unresolved” places in the body)
- Weekly homework to support the movement specific to your sport
- E-mail access for support
- Progress report….this will allow you to record what changes are working for you and what we need to further enhance.
